Then the total amount is calculated by adding up the bill amount before tax, tax, and tip. Then the total bill amount is divided by the number of people to split the bill and shows the amount for each persons bill. Users can save or share the summary of the bill and calculation by message, email, or any social media. Most of the other apps for tip calculation dont give users the options to choose, either before tax tip or after tax tip.
